Hmm. All the pieces should be there. Perhaps you have one on top of another? If that’s not it, you can restart the puzzle. Go to the the three lines in the top left corner. Click there, then pick Modify This Puzzle. If you pick a different number of pieces (not 40), it will reconfigure and start over.
